Applying for Arbitration

Arbitration Procedure

Costs Incurred in the Arbitration
- Participants are responsible for their own costs, including legal representation fees. Thalassophi may, at its discretion, allocate costs based on the arbitrator’s decision. This promotes fairness and discourages frivolous claims.

- All arbitration proceedings and related documents are confidential. Parties agree not to disclose details to third parties, ensuring the privacy of the arbitration process.
