Located in a secluded Beachside property, 500 ft from Long Bay Beach, and 5-minutes drive from Grace Bay Resorts and shops, this spacious 650 sq ft. private suite, with a livingroom plus kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and private patio, is located on the ground floor, roughly 30 yards from the pool, no pool view.

it can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a queen size bed, and a queen size sofa bed.

A few minutes stroll through a beautiful sandy walk path, right next to the property, takes you straight to the beach, equipped with kayak and stand-up-paddle board. Portable beach chairs and shades are provided in a storage in the rear parking area.

There is a 4-bdr, a 2-bdr, three 1-bdr, and a Studio unit located on this gated property, that share the large common pool.

We highly recommend a rental car during your stay, from several car rental companies located at, or near the airport.

Providenciales beaches are voted number one in the world !!! We are located just minutes away from Grace Bay beaches. Our cottage features vaulted wood beam ceiling and tile floors. It has an open concept design with a queen size bed, night tables, closet and dresser.

The living room area has a chair and a love seat, cable tv and Wi-Fi . The kitchen has a stove and a refrigerator with freezer. The kitchen is supplied with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, pots & pans, cutlery, dishes, cups and glasses. The cottage is equipped with A/C and paddle fans.

The attached laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron & ironing board for your convenience. Bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and sink. The cottage has a private pool with loungers and umbrella. There is a propane BBQ for your use outside the cottage

Relax around the pool with a running water fall or take a kayak on the canal. Our properity is lined with beautiful palm trees, almond tree and colorful flowers which provide a beautiful serene atmosphere.

We are located just 10 minutes from Grace Bay beaches, shopping, golf coarse and restaurants. We will meet you at the airport on arrival or at the car rental office, then you can follow us to the property, which is only minutes away from the airport.

Caribbean Sea Breeze Villas is a unique boutique villa beach front property, located in Providenciales, directly fronting the Caribbean Sea on Long Bay Beach; one of the most beautiful, undisturbed, and quiet beaches in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Caribbean Sea Breeze Villas consists a total of three (3) well appointed, comfortable and professionally managed Villas.

Seabreeze Villa is an upper level two bedroom ocean front unit which comprise of 2 queen sized beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and living area. This Villa can sleep up to 6 people.

All our Villas are directly fronting the Caribbean Sea on Long Bay Beach. These Villas are no more than 25 feet from the edge of the dune. The views are to die for!

All our villas have free, open & unlimited access to the beach and all other facilities we have to offer.

We provide free light daily housekeeping, bath & beach towels, free wireless internet, complementary bikes , complementary toiletries, BBQ, Sun loungers, free (unlimited) air-conditioning, water, power, linens etc. If you need it – we’ve most probably got it – and it’s all included in the nightly rate!

Our rates are per villa – not per person. We do not charge extra person charges, up to the maximum occupancy of each individual villa.

We only charge the regulated government taxes of 12% on top of the nightly rate. We do not charge for anything else.

To make a reservation with us, we only require a three night deposit at the time of the booking of your villa.

The balance of the reservation payment is due only 21 days prior to your date of arrival.

A Visa or Master Card credit card can be used to reserve your desired villa with us.

Should you need to cancel, we just need a notice of 28 days prior to your date of arrival and you will get a full refund of your deposit.

Our Villas have been recently remodeled and tastefully redecorated with new furnishings.

The beach, in front of our villas, has powdery soft white sand, crystal clear ocean water and views as far as the eye can see with constant cooling tradewinds.

We are located on a continuous three (3) mile long stretch of Long Bay Beach, allowing you the pleasure of a casual romantic walk along the shore, or a long jog for a good work out.

Of course you can also do absolutely nothing other than lay on a lounger with your favorite cocktail, soak up the sun and inhale the fresh ocean breeze!
