Elitas Villas is a complex of three independent, newly built, fully equipped luxurious villas, each one with its own private pool and garden. Each one of the 3 units has its separate entrance and autonomous outside and inside areas so as to provide to our guests more privacy and their own space to relax and unwind in complete comfort.

The Villas are situated in a 5000 square meter plot of land and surrounded by the peaceful green valley of Elitas, offering a spectacular, unobstructed view of the Parikia harbor.
Each one of the Villas consist of 2 levels and has sufficient and comfortable dining and living areas and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with all the necessary amenities for a wonderful accommodation. Furthermore free parking place is provided. Also all the indoor areas have AC and WI-FI access.

More specifically, Elitas Villa A in the Ground floor has a modern living and dining area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a laundry room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Finally at the First floor there is one more bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Our villas are absolutely private and independent so you feel safer as you do not share any common area with other travellers.

All the years of our operation we offer daily cleaning service free of charge and because of Coronavirus we have strengthened our cleaning methods between reservations and every day also!

Idyllic One Bed Apartment with Sea View in Tripiti Antiparos

This guest apartement is situated in Tripiti beach, at the south east part of Paros. It includes 1 double bedroom /1 bathroom with a fully equipped open plan kitchen/living room/TV. (A portable bed is provided in case of a 3rd person) At the ground floor of a main house, has its own separate entrance, spacious verandas overlooking the beaches of Tripiti and Glyfa, as well as, the islands of Naxos, Iraklia and Ios.
Only 400m from the beaches of Tripiti and Glyfa,
3km from the beach of Farangas and 4,3 km from the picturesque fishing village of Alyki, 10 minutes drive to the airport and 15 min. drive to the port of Parikia.

Azzurro Bianco Suites is a brand new resort of two separate and autonomous suites with a private pool each. It is located in Kalami area which is a unique, uphill and wind-sheltered position between the capital of Paros Parikia (3.5 km) and famous and cosmopolitan Naoussa (8 km).

The beautiful Livadia beach is about 2 km and the famous Krios and Marcelo beach about 3.5 km. Both suites have stunning sea view and view of the port of Paros. The quiet location is ideal for relaxing holidays but our guests are also close to many facilities for a pleasant and unforgettable stay.

Azzurro Bianco Suite 2 is a new and beautiful decorated 2 br suite with a private pool (2,5 x 4 m), ideal for 4 people or 4 adults and 1 child.

Enjoy yourself and relax in the large terrace of the suite watching the private pool, the boats at the port and the mountains around! There are two nice places outside. One of them is a covered veranda with a traditional arch and nice lighting facing the sea which means that you could be shadowed and few steps below you will be in the pool area with the large terrace and garden enjoying the Greek sun under the blue Greek sky!

The main entrance of the property leads you to the open-plan, fully equipped and nice colored kitchen with the dining and living room. In this area, there is a lovely wooden table for your meal, with similar chairs and two windows facing the sea and the port of Paros.

Two beautiful and very comfortable sofas with a smaller table are a nice lounge area for your coffee watching satellite TV or surfing in the internet with the provided Wi-Fi. Next to this there is a hall which leads you to the bedrooms and the bathroom with shower.

The first bedroom has a queen size double bed, large wardrobes and provides direct access to the main covered veranda with unobstructed view to the port, the pool and the garden of the property. The second bedroom is a cozy place with two single beds (easily connected to a double bed, if you like) and wardrobes.

Between the bedrooms, you will find the well decorated and fully renovated bathroom with a nice and large shower.
It is amazing to wake up and see the blue of the sea through your windows as a card postal! The property is very sunny and you could enjoy your holidays all year round. It is ideal for summer or winter holidays!

Modern Cycladic house is located in a premium uphill position in the Anavatos Villa complex on the southern part of the island of Paros. The calm and protected sandy Faragas Beach is a few minutes away and the distance from the new Paros National Airport is 3 klm. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people, it is in three levels, consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft and fully equipped kitchen.

The architecture follows the minimal cubic design of Cyclades while the interior is decorated with minimal furnishings and art objects. The house offers outdoor dining area overlooking the Aegean Sea. The outdoor living area includes terraced landscaping featuring a herb garden, a spacious wooden deck and a private swimming pool/jacuzzi where guests can relax while sunbathing, enjoy breath taking views of the sunset, or even take a night swim.

This exceptional holiday home establishes the ideal environment for a relaxed vacation for couples or groups of friends. The house is not suitable for young children.
