Our special and luxurious house is located in the most central part of Mykonos just above matogianni street and the statue of mando. it is a two floored house with front & back private areas and shared pool. it has a great asset of having one private parking spot. On foot you will find small cafes, traditional taverns and restaurants, all scattered in the streets of Mykonos – especially in Matogiannia, where you will find unique opportunities for shopping for clothes, jewelry and works of art.
Guest access
This small cozy compound has a shared pool area and a gated parking area ( there is one allocated parking space for a small sized car) the guests can use these facilities freely with respect towards the other tenants & owners. The main access to & from the property should be done only using the main house entrance.Other things to note :
No parties or gathering are allowed at the property. Children are not allowed to be left alone unsupervised at the compound especially the pool area. The pool does not have a life guard so supervising is compulsory at all times. Dogs are not allowed to be free within the compound area. We have a special doggie door at the backyard area so our little paw friends can stay within the pink pelican area.
