You enter the delightful Villa through a spacious foyer which leads into the large elegantly furnished living room with a 45 foot vaulted ceiling. The living room opens through French doors onto a 63 foot covered veranda. Off the living room is a beautifully furnished formal dining room with colonial mahogany furniture. Adjacent to the living room is our spacious and well equipped kitchen, presided over by our chef who will prepare the most delicious meals throughout your stay.
Villa Paradiso has 8 bedrooms and can be rented in a 5 bedroom, 6 bedroom, 7 bedroom or 8 bedroom configuration, depending on the number of guests. There are two bedrooms each with 3 Twin beds, 4 bedrooms with King beds and two bedrooms in the cottage. The total number of guests that can be accommodated is 18.
All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and have ceiling fans as well as air-conditioning units.
There are many wonderful attractions and activities for you to see, all of which are quite close to Villa Paradiso. Enjoy the beautiful tropical scenery as you go river rafting or take a tour of the spectacular Dunn’s River Falls. Then there is Bob Marley’s birthplace/museum about an hour’s drive away in the hills above Ocho Rios. There will be lots to see and do both for the children and the “young at heart”. Your housekeeper can help you arrange any venue you wish to visit and your driver can take you wherever you wish to go in our 21-person coach.
Plan your Dream Oceanside Wedding
Villa Paradiso is an ideal place to have your very special day. We host weddings ranging from 18 to 200 guests. The villa is well located only 150 yards down the beach from the Riu Hotel where those guests not accommodated at the Villa can stay.
We can put you in touch with the local wedding planner who has managed numerous weddings at the Villa. She will make all the arrangements for you including contacting the marriage licence officer. The beach and the gazebo make a lovely setting for the ceremony and there is ample space to entertain your guests.
Rates/Availability
You will be pampered throughout your stay by our five-member staff. Each day, at no extra cost, our laundress will return your clothes freshly washed and pressed within 24 hours. In addition, your rate includes a security guard who will be on duty from 6pm to 6am each day of your stay.
The villa can be rented to provide 5 bedrooms to accommodate 12 guests, 6 bedrooms for 14 guests, 7 bedrooms.
Rates are shown in US dollars and are for 1 week. Minimum stay is 5 nights. ONLY for weddings events during the off-peak season, is there a 3-night minimum option.
Summer Rates are from April 16th to December 14th – Winter rates are from December 15th to April 15th.

Gratuities:
The Rental Rates do not include tips. It is customary to tip your staff at the conclusion of your stay. An appropriate gratuity is 10-15% of the villa rental cost.
Your 21 passenger coach and driver will be at your service every day of your stay. You will be collected at the airport on your arrival and returned on your departure. One tank of gas is provided complimentary and you pay for any additional gas used.
Government tax of 10% and room tax are included in the rates.
