Each one of the 3 units has its separate entrance and autonomous outside and inside areas so as to provide to our guests more privacy and their own space to relax and unwind in complete comfort.

The Villas are situated in a 5000 square meter plot of land and surrounded by the peaceful green valley of Elitas, offering a spectacular, unobstructed view of the Parikia harbor.
Each one of the Villas consist of 2 levels and has sufficient and comfortable dining and living areas and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with all the necessary amenities for a wonderful accommodation. Furthermore free parking place is provided. Also all the indoor areas have AC and WI-FI access.

More specifically, Elitas Villa A in the Ground floor has a modern living and dining area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a laundry room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Finally at the First floor there is one more bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Our villas are absolutely private and independent so you feel safer as you do not share any common area with other travellers.

All the years of our operation we offer daily cleaning service free of charge and because of Coronavirus we have strengthened our cleaning methods between reservations and every day also!

Villa Marina Little Beach located in Capri , can comfortably accommodate 6 people, this three-bedroom villa offers charm and tranquility in a much sought after location on the island.

Villa Marina Little Beach is set on one level with a private gated entrance, expansive two-tiered garden with shaded courtyard, and a wraparound terrace with spectacular sea and mountain views.
One of the many features that makes the villa stand apart are its opulent marble floors and large windows and doors which allows for a bright and airy feel to the interior. Each room in the villa opens out onto either the terrace or internal courtyard which are well equipped with sunbeds and outdoor furniture perfect for alfresco dining.

The villa offers beautifully furnished modern interiors with an artistic flair.

Villa Marina Little Beach is only a ten-minute walk from La Piazzetta, the historic square in the center of the town of Capri, and equal distance to Marina Piccola Beach. A small supermarket and local restaurant are just 300 meters from the property while all the main facilities, such as banks, bars, boutiques are located in Capri town centre.

Moving around the island is simple. In additional to moving around on foot, there is a bus stop located very close to the villa, while the open-top taxis are available across the island. A porter service can also be organised to make arrivals and departures a breeze for guests.

Villa Marina Little Beach living area is cosy, decked with an array of books for reading and relaxation, or films that can be enjoyed on the flat screen satellite TV. A large doorway off the living area leads into the elegantly furnished, sundrenched dining room which comfortably seats 6 people.

Should you prefer alfresco dining with a magnificent sea view, then look no further then the oversized terrace decked with a marble top table and automatic sun shades. For the avid chef, the compact kitchen, located adjacent to the dining room, is well equipped with all the necessary utensils and equipment including a 5-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

The main villa houses two bedrooms and one bathroom which are located down a short corridor off the living room. The main bedroom consists of one double room with flat screen TV, ample wardrobe space and sea views with direct access to the wraparound terrace. The second bedroom has spacious twin bunk beds and access to the internal courtyard.

The third bedroom is located via a separate entrance from the main courtyard of the villa and consists of a double bed with an ensuite bathroom. Here, you will also find a separate laundry room with washing machine, sink and ironing facilities.

All the modern conveniences that you’re used to at home such as air-conditioning/heating, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi and indoor/outdoor Bose audio system can be found inside so you can relax and truly enjoy island life.
