A wonderful villa for memorable family holidays. The house is set in a plot of 2,800m2, has a beautiful garden with a wonderful and private large swimming pool.

Built in the Andalusian style around an indoor courtyard there are five bedrooms and four bathrooms over two stories. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils.

The top floor contains the Master suite & bathroom and a large study area and adjoining terrace.

Downstairs there are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a guest toilet.

All bedrooms and interior living areas have AirCon. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Nearby are Valderrama, Almenara, Sotogrande and La Reserva Golf courses, several beaches and beach clubs, and of course Sotogrande port with all its shopping, restaurants and bars.

San Roque Golf Club is a 1 min stroll, it is a beautiful Club, lovely restaurant & bar and very welcoming. Also, within a short walk there is a little complex where you will find a lovely cafe/restaurant, an excellent Italian restaurant. In the local area there are so many excellent golf courses, Valderamma, La Reserva, Almenara and Sotogrande. There are numerous sport facilities including tennis (clay and hard courts), polo, horse riding, spa facilities, canoeing and sailing for both Children and Adults. There is an Equestrian Center a few mins from Villa (within the resort)

Sotogrande Marina (10 mins) has plenty of bars and restaurants, markets, two beaches and a beach club by Sotogrande golf club
In the summer there are top European polo matches every afternoon with free entry.
The lively marina of La Duquesa is only a 15 min drive away.
Beautiful Estepona is only 25 mins.
Sotogrande is 30 minutes from Marbella / Puerto Banus for a shopping day out, as well as attractions of Granada, Seville, Tariffa, Jerez and Morocco (45min by Ferry from Algeciras).
Take a train from San Roque town to Ronda for the day, the train journey itself is lovely and the town of Ronda is really worth a visit.

In our efforts to provide our guests with a truly one-of–a-kind island experience, a special space has recently been created deep in the interior of Greek Paradise cave house to provide our guests with a unique, cozy area to relax! This inner “nest” fits up to 4 people.
This second cave is in the depths of GREEK PARADISE cave house, off the bedroom. It is 2 meters under the level of the house allowing for comfortable temperatures throughout the seasons. Its round shape and its location deep down in the heart of the volcanic land will heighten your sense of calming contentment and fulfillment!

We have designed this space in the style of a Capilio, an old, traditional Greek tavern! After a day of exploring the island, lounge on the cushions & pillows and sip local wine to re-energize yourself! The wine, presented in an oak barrel, is homemade by an old islander from his grape vineyards in Oia.

The wine is made and offered to you with love! Candles and a selection of music are also available to complement this romantic setting. We hope the cozy ambiance will add to your cave dwelling experience. Just enjoy!!!

There is TV, wi fi and telephone in the house (You can only receive phone calls or call only in Santorini for free). In the little cupboard there are some pharmacy aids.
Checking in time is at 15:00 at the earliest and checking out time is 11.00 at the latest.

Rules of Villa:

-Check-out is “mandatory” by 10.00, while check-in is after 16.00 in order to allow for proper cleaning of the villas.
-Access to the Structure and the accommodation will take place via an “electronic opening code”.
-Allow access to the gardener for garden care.
-Respect for guests’ relaxation is required in order to allow a pleasant stay at the Il San Carlo facility.
-Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.
-Pets are not allowed (even if they are small).
-Separate waste collection is mandatory (containers will be present in the apartments together with the weekly calendar).
-The awnings (all electric) must be closed during the night, in case of rain, wind and when guests are not present in the apartments.
Sunbeds cannot be left on the beach.
-In the event of rain, the cushions of outdoor lounges must be placed indoors as they are “not waterproof”.
-Prices include all utility costs (water, electricity, air conditioning and heating, gas, etc…)
-The change of sheets and towels may be requested only for stays longer than 7 days.
-The priority of safeguarding and protecting the environment will result in the non-return of the deposit in the event of non-compliance with the rules of separate waste collection.
