Cancellation Policy

Flexible Options, Clear Guidelines: Your Booking Peace of Mind

1. Involved Parties

  • This accord (“Agreement”) is a mutual agreement between the Guest and the Host, governing the Guest’s stay in the Host’s Accommodation as specified in the Booking Confirmation and in accordance with the Terms of Service.
  • Thalassophi is not a participant in this Agreement.

2. Partial Refund

  • If a guest cancels within 7 days of the check-in date, they will receive a partial refund, excluding any service fees. We do not offer refunds after 7 days of the check-in date. Considerations will be made for extenuating circumstances. In this rare case, please email us at info@thalassophi.com if in the event you need to cancel.

3. No-Show and Early Departure

  • No refunds will be given for guests who do not show up or decide to leave early.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • We recognise that unexpected situations may arise. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or emergencies, we will assess cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-14 business days.

6. Change of Dates

  • Guests can request to change their booking dates subject to availability. Any difference in booking cost will be adjusted accordingly.

7. Communication and Requests:

  • All cancellation requests or changes to bookings must be communicated through our official communication channels. We recommend guests reach out as soon as possible for timely assistance.

8. Service Fees

  • Please note that certain service fees may be non-refundable.

  • This policy is subject to change. Guests are advised to review the cancellation policy at the time of booking for the most up-to-date information.
